Requirements for submitting a Bicycle Insurance claim:
Details of the theft, incident, or accident
A video statement from you (Note: This applies to bicycle insurance policies only)
Photos clearly showing damages, lost items, injuries, and proof of any expenses already incurred
If your belongings were stolen, a police reference number
Submit your claim online within 28 days of the incident
Requirements for submitting a NVEI claim (France only)
After submission at app.laka.co you claim will be handled by an external company, Aïkan, who will contact you directly.
If you have a claim regarding your compensation request, it must be addressed directly to Aïkan.
