Submit claims online within 28 days of your incident at https://app.laka.co/gb/claims. Click on the button bottom left.
Information required to submit a claim:
Details of your theft, incident, or accident
A video statement from yourself
Photos clearly showing damage, lost items, injuries and evidence of any costs already incurred
If your property has been stolen, a Crime Reference Number from the Police
If you are submitting a Health+Recovery claim, a doctors assessment may be required
