'Validation failed' - This is often in relation to the postcode validation - please double check all addresses. Are postcodes complete / in the correct format for the country? For example, have you accidently listed BE (Belgium) against NL postcodes?

Note: There can only be one accessory line item per policy, which can have multiple types. Alternatively, sum the accessories value into the value of the bike, and name the model something like, "Topstone + Bike Lock"
