To pause or cancel your Laka policies, head to https://app.laka.co/gb/cover and choose Pause or Cancel.
If you have taken out Laka Bike Insurance and Recovery Insurance, you must pause/cancel them separately.
You cannot Pause or Cancel Laka Cover if you are in a 30-day Lock-in period.
Please note: If you cancel part way through the month, we will still charge you at the end of the month for your days on cover, unless you are in the cooling-off period.
For example, if you cancel on the 7th, on the 31st we will charge you for 7 days of cover.
