How to Record a Video Statement

Updated over a week ago

You'll need to record a video statement to make a claim. It helps to be as clear and descriptive as possible, although it needn’t be a cinematic masterpiece!

You can use your phone, laptop or other device capable of recording video+audio to create a video statement and submit a claim.

Happy filming! 🎬

  • State who you are, where you live

  • What gear you’re claiming for. Please list each part, make, model and include any upgrades or customisations you made.

  • Describe what happened, when, where, and how (if known)

  • If anyone else was involved or liable for the incident

  • Where the bike or accessories are located now

  • Avoid background noise that might make it hard to hear what you are saying
